三层塑料共挤出吹塑复合膜机组是我公司根据市场需要而研制的，在设计结构上吸收了国内同类机型优点，进行优化设计，产品具有国内同类产品先进水平。这种薄膜阻隔性好，保温、防湿、防雨、防霜冻、隔氧、耐油等性能优异，可广泛用于轻重包装，如各种鲜果、肉食品酱菜、鲜牛奶、液体饮料等。
1、机头采用分层式螺旋芯棒型，可360°连续旋转。
2、快速换网装置结构合理，易于更换过滤网，使用可靠。
3、机组配备各种功能部件；计长装置，分切装置，冷却水排，展平辊、收边装置等。
APPLICATION
The lines are designed and developed by our dcorporation according to market need,they reach the advanced levels come up with analogous lines in home.It is optimum designed on the grounds of preference of analogous lines in foreign and home.
The film has good insulation,for instance holding temperature,anti-humid,anti-breeze,anti-rain,anti-frost,insulation oxygen,oil resistive,and so used for light and heavy-duty packaging,for example,fresh fruits,meat-feeding, salt vegetables,fresh milk,drink .
FEATURES
1.Die-head is layer type spiral mandrel,continuous 360°rotation.
2.Rapid screen changer design is rational,convenience, reliable,safe in operation.
3.Various functional parts may be installed to the lines,such as length-counting device,vertical cutting device,cooling water row pipe,film spreading roller,scrap collecting device.

用于吹制低密度聚乙烯（LDPE），高密度聚乙烯（HDPE）及线型低密度聚乙烯（LLDPE）塑料薄膜，广泛用于水果、食品、服装、纺织品、日用品等民用和工业品的包装膜及农用膜。
挤出机螺杆和机筒均采用优质合金钢，经氮化处理和精密加工，具有最佳的硬度和耐腐蚀性。螺杆长径比大，塑化能力主，制品使用性能好，运转平稳，寿命长。
APPLICATION
These lines can produce kinds of plastics film of LDPE、HDPE and LLDPE, which are widely used in he packing of fruit、food、clothing、textile、croceries for daily use and industrial products, and ground film.
FEATURES
Extruder barrel and screw are made of high quality alloy steel, nitrided and manufactured by precision machining. They are provided with very hard surface to resist corrosion and abrasion. The screw L/D ratio of extruder is larger, plastication capacity of extruder is high. The temperature is well distributed. All these functions improve use property of plastics film. Machines work stedily and serve for long time. |
